wHAT IS A sARAHMONY?

Sarahmony events are held aprox once a month. The experience includes guided practices to empower trauma informed awareness & healing, music, art, cacao, meditation, sound bath, snacks, and laughter. The intent is to bring you into an environment of community, healing support, musical expression, & meditative comfort. The facilitator(s) use various energy healing modalities, and themes to renew inner peace, and balance within.

These circles are held to encourage the practice & expansion of energy healing for the collective, (everyone) and cultivate our intuitive gifts (often muted within the world we live in).
Receive activations, and learn from each other to enhance your own practices & build community. * No experience necessary.
