What to Expect:

- Settle, and guided practice to integrate 2023 learnings
- Cacao, the History, purpose, and heart opening song
- Guided vision meditation and sound bath
- Craft your 2024 ** BRING materials, pics, words, craft supplies you want to use or share, some will also be provided, however this is YOUR vision board, so you need to be sure to bring what speaks to your vision
- Snacks and closing sarahmony
What to Bring:
- Blanket/ cusion/ yoga mat for guided meditation
- Craft supplies, pics, anything you fancy to create your vision board
- Snack to share
- Water vessel if you prefer your own
- Cup for cacao if you prefer your own
