Sarah is a healing Arts Practitioner- Specializing in Personal Training/ (psychic) reiki/ CBT/DBT/ Anxiety/ Depression skills/ Her approach is connects kinesthetic, cognitive, and spiritual aspects for wholisitc wellbeing & healing.
