This evening event will immerse you into a safe sanctuary sharing of live artistic expression, and being guided into a meditative state of surrender, flowing with the movement of our bodies.
Feel welcomed to move, meditate, observe, journal, and align the energy centers of your body, gifting you with a blissful state of being you can take home with you.
Event Agenda: $80 online / $ 90 at the door
- Doors open, arrive 630pm
- Opening Sarahmony, and sipping cacao 7pm
- Guided meditation and movement 730pm
- Live art painting by Sarah Helten to the music with DJ Fuzzah 8pm
- Free flow movement, observe, and mingle 830pm - 10pm
- Sound bath 1015pm
- Closing Sarahmony 1030pm
