Reclaiming the inner magic within 

Let's reflect on the word "magic." 
What comes to mind when you hear that word, and how does it feel to read you have magic within you? 
Are you laughing behind the comfort of your screen, picturing witches conjuring up spells under the moonlight, Or perhaps a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat comes to mind? 
While those images are fun, I am not referring to this type of "magic" 
The word Magic with origins connecting to French, Latin, and Greek all break down to the definition of "the art of" an individual to influence the course of events. 
Magic has many definitions, including to define something as wonderful and exciting,  delightful, or possessing unusual mysterious qualities. 
When we travel back to the history where Witches were known to apply "magik" we find their profession was wildly misunderstood. The origin of the "witch" is a wise woman who cultivated gifts to call on the spirit for help, and work as natural healers to bring about change. This is powerful information to know, as fear over took the common man, and created a hunts lasting years to vanquish their existence. 

When one is to practice Reclaiming inner magic, I am referring to reclaiming your inner wisdom, remembering your passion, reviving the power of your intuition, and  reconnecting communication with your spirit. When you practice these virtues, magic happens imminently within you, and your life. 
Your inner wisdom, is your connection to your body. The way your wisdom speaks is through your feeling sensations and emotions. The way you feel around certain people, what emotions come up in different interactions, how these sensations manifest in your body, how the food you eat creates sensations in your body, how your environment creates sensations in your body. All day every day your body is speaking to you with intuitive wisdom through emotions, and sensations. 

Remembering your passion, is the practice of remembering your inner child, learning how to parent them, love them, accept them, and nurture them in the way you may feel you did not receive when you were at various childhood stages of life. This essence of your being is vastly free, resilient, heart based, and playful! There is no worrying what people think, or fear here. Remembering your passion also means a rebuilding of parts of you. Parts you suppress, hide, or have forgotten. You get to "Re-member" these parts as a rebirth of who you were, who you are, and get to become! 
In remembering we are guided to revive our intuition. Your intuition is your gentle leading light in all circumstances of your life. Intuition always has your best interest at heart, and is not to be confused with the insistent comparative voice of the ego.  
Intuition is a quite soft comfort, giving you confidence and freeing you from over thinking. When you practice listening to your intuition, you become more decisive, confident, expansive, and joyful! You are able to face each moment, and day with excited wonder, and reconnect to your spirit. 
Which brings us to the the last step of the "Reclaiming your inner magic" in the "Empowering the Enchantress Journey" (Created by Sarah Helten). 
Reconnecting to spirit, is a surrender to the realms of inner peace. Learning what your most challenging life moments have taught you, and realizing you weren't alone when you endured painful experiences. Your spirit is holding you throughout your life, as a north start of direction, a virtuous compass that can always call you back home. Perhaps you want to be more connected to your spirit guides, and the divine guides that are always eager to step in and help you when you ask. The reconnection to spirit is a beautiful right of passage. The intent is to empower you with irrevocable courage, support, reassurance, and faith in yourself and those around you. When you reconnect to spirit you reconnect to yourself and create a sensation of being home in who you are. Realizing you are full of magic, and have the power to heal yourself, and influence the course of events in your life. I can show you how, so you can show yourself you always knew your way.
