Online or in person Personal training sessions during this time of social distancing. My passion is involving body weight exercises, focusing on routine and well being, with minimum equipment. I create a program just for you that you can do anywhere! MINIMUM COMMITMENT = 1 month! I find the best results come from clients who understand sessions are to help you establish a strong routine foundation to ensure results.
