- Guided trauma-informed creative expressions, through healing movement, somatic practices, written word, and artistry (no artist experience needed).
- Guided meditation and sound bath where your soul is activated to learn what it needs most.
- Intuitive reading and practice your own intuitive guidance
- Mindful tea blending ceremony- create your own personalized tea herbal tea as a tangible tool for healing and grounding
