About your facilitators:
Rhonda is a certified drum circle facilitator, Reiki Master, Qigong and Simplified Tai Chi Instructor. She has been facilitating drum circles for 11 years around southern AB and BC.
Sarah is practices psychic energy, sound, and arts healing (reiki). She is a multi disciplinary artist, certified in various physical and cognitive modalities to support her passion for empowering people with their mind, body, and spiritual well-being.
No experience necessary. A variety of hand drums provided. Learn simple rhythms, laugh, fun, connect, relieve stress, sing, and enjoy a soothing, healing meditation soundscape..
This is easy to follow, interactive and inclusive experience.
